Milkpark started from a core belief: that great coffee begins long before it ever reaches your cup. Since 2019, we have been searching for exceptional origins whose stories deserve to be told, carefully selecting them straight from their sources. We believe that coffee quality is never shaped by just a single stage; it starts at the very origin of the crop and extends through every decision it goes through until it reaches you.

At Milkpark, we do not treat roasting as a final step, but rather as a canvas where the unique personality of each crop shines. We study its characteristics, understand its nuances, and develop a roast profile that balances clarity and depth, preserving its distinct identity without ever overpowering it. Our goal is not to make all coffee taste the same, but to give every single crop the opportunity to express what makes it unique in its own way.
